With over three years of hands-on experience in social media management, I’ve had the opportunity to craft and execute impactful digital strategies for Anantham Resort and various other renowned resorts in Dandeli. My role has spanned across end-to-end social media operations from planning and content creation to community engagement and performance tracking.
Creative Content Creation: Developed engaging and visually appealing content including ad copies, offer posts, festive creatives, reels, and storytelling carousels tailored for the hospitality niche. Ensured each post resonated with the essence of the property, seasonality, and current trends to boost reach and conversions.
Community Management: Took charge of responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly and empathetically. Maintained a consistent and friendly tone that reflects the warmth and hospitality of the resorts. Actively handled feedback and reviews to build trust and customer loyalty.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly analysed insights and engagement metrics to optimize content performance, track growth, and adapt strategies based on audience behaviour and campaign results.
Client Handling & Brand Strategy:
Successfully managed multiple resort accounts simultaneously, aligning brand voice with the target audience across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google. Built strong client relationships by understanding their business goals and translating them into actionable digital strategies.
